Established in 1955 by Olga Angelina Rizzardini Shotwell Guyett and her husband, The Joint has been a cornerstone of this small desert mining town for decades. Steeped in history and rich in character, our bar offers a glimpse into the past while serving as a lively gathering place for locals, travelers, and history enthusiasts alike.

For generations, The Joint has been a family-owned establishment, now operated by Neil Shotwell and his family.
